Shipping

Shipping methods, price bands by weight and value, free shipping, and pickup points.

After price, shipping is the second thing that decides whether an order is completed. The configuration has two layers: which methods you offer and what you charge for them.

Controls on this screen

  1. Where it lives — In the left ecommerce menu, between shops and payment methods.
  2. Add method — A new method. The same button sits in the empty state in the middle.
  3. All shipping methods — A single list — its order is the order the customer sees.
  4. Empty state — Not an error but an unfinished setup: with no method, an order cannot be completed.

Price bands

Band typeBased onWhen it suits

Their address falls into none of your regions, or the order exceeds the limits of every method.

The shipping price came out differently from what I expected.

Check which band applied — with weight bands the cause is usually a missing or wrong weight on a product.
