Finding your way around
The top menu, switching companies, settings, the footer — and the question mark that brings you here.

Monokaido has two navigations and each is for something different. Along the top is the work on products — what you do daily. Under the gear is the configuration of the system — what you do occasionally and then not for a long while. When looking for something, the first question is: is this work, or is this configuration?
Controls on this screen
- Dashboard — The grid icon always returns you to the company overview.
- Products — The catalogue, duplicates, changes to review, X-Sales, flows, brands.
- Parameters — Normalisation: parameters, values, translations, mappings, templates, rules.
- Categories — The category tree, the by-vendor view, mappings, the storefront preview.
- Settings — The gear. Vendors, team, transfers, warehouses, languages, logs, AI.
- Your account — Profile, switching companies and signing out.
- Manual — The link to this manual. It is in the footer of every screen.
- Changelog — Changes to the application. A green dot means something landed today.
- Glossary — A short explanation of the application’s terms without leaving the screen.
- Light/dark mode — The choice is saved to your account, not to the browser.
- Language — The interface language. It has nothing to do with the languages of your product data.
The button that got you here
Next to the heading of most screens sits a circled question mark. It opens the manual chapter for exactly the screen you are standing on, in a new tab and in your language.
Switching companies
One account can belong to several companies. You switch in the menu under the avatar at the top right: the companies are listed under your name and the current one carries a tick.
If you see only one company, no list is offered. That means your account belongs nowhere else.
What lives under the gear
Settings is one menu divided into groups, roughly in this order:

Roles and what they can see

| Admin | Everything, billing, team, vendors and AI settings included. |
| Editor | Works with products, parameters and categories. Does not change system settings. |
| Viewer | Looks. Changes nothing. |
Where is product search?
Not in the top bar but in the product list itself, alongside the filters. It always searches the current company's catalogue.
I changed the language and the products stayed as they were.
That is correct. The switcher changes the interface language. Content languages are configured under Languages.
Does the application work on a phone?
It does. The top menu collapses into a single button and the content stacks. Large tables are more comfortable on a bigger screen.
