Subscription and limits

What a package includes, how to change it, what happens when a limit runs out, and where the invoices are.

On this page

A package decides two things at once: how much (vendors, products, people, space) and what (which modules exist at all). The first is counted and shown on the dashboard. The second never appears as a number — it appears as whether an item is in the menu.

Controls on this screen

  1. Subscription statusThe badge beside the heading states what state your subscription is in.
  2. VendorsUsed against allowed. Red means exceeded — no further vendor is added.
  3. ProductsProducts in the catalogue against the package limit.
  4. Team membersHow many people you can invite. An invitation over the limit does not go out.
  5. StorageSpace for images and files.
  6. Active vendorsHow many of the vendors you added are actually syncing.
  7. AI creditTokens are a separate currency — unrelated to the package limits.
  8. Manage AI creditTop-ups and AI settings. Credit is bought independently of the package.

The limits are not all measured the same way

LimitHow it is countedWhat happens when exceeded
VendorsConnected sources. No further one is added. Existing ones keep running.
ProductsProducts in the catalogue.Imports stop adding new ones.
Team membersAccounts with access to the company. The invitation is not sent.
StorageImages and uploaded files.New files are not uploaded.
Concurrent importsHow many feeds run at once. The rest wait in the queue — nothing is lost.

Changing the package

The package is changed in settings, in the subscription section. The change takes effect immediately — there is no waiting for the end of a period.

  1. Open subscription settings

Gear → Subscription. The overview shows the current plan and the usage.

  2. Pick a plan and a billing period

Yearly is cheaper. Prices are ex-VAT — the payment gateway adds it according to your company's country and VAT ID.

  3. Confirm in the payment gateway

The card and the receipts stay with the payment provider, not with us.

The states you may see

StateWhat it means
TrialThe free first week is running. The first payment comes at the end of it.
ActiveThe ordinary state. Billed on the chosen period.
Past dueA payment failed. The application still runs, but the card needs updating.
CanceledThe subscription ends on the stated date. Until then everything works.
ComplimentaryThe package is covered by a coupon. You pay nothing and choose nothing.

AI tokens are not part of the limits

Tokens are a separate currency, and they work as two distinct pools:

PoolWhere it comes fromWhen it expires
Monthly allowancePart of the package. Refills on renewal. At the end of the period. Spent first.
Permanent creditPurchased, from a coupon, or from support.Never. Used only once the monthly allowance is gone.

The detail is in the AI settings; the usage is in the AI logs.

Invoices

Invoices live in the subscription settings and on the Payment history screen. Each can be downloaded as a PDF at any time. The first arrives after the first payment — during the trial none is issued, because nothing is charged.

Can I move down to a smaller package?

Yes. If you are above the smaller package's limit, the data stays but nothing new is added until the count falls under the limit.

How do I cancel during the trial?

In the subscription settings, in one click. Cancel before the week is out and you pay nothing.

Why is the invoice a different figure from the package card?

Package prices are ex-VAT. The payment gateway adds it according to your company's country and VAT ID — which is why filling in the billing details at registration pays off.

The module is in my package but reports as switched off.

That is not a package question. The module is temporarily disabled for your account and sales switches it back on.
